Graphic Designer Position

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging graphic content, and managing our social media presence (if need be) across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in graphic design, social media experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create visually stunning graphics for social media posts, banners, ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and maintain our social media presence (if need be) across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive brand image.
• Monitor social media trends (if need be), analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize content reach and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and impactful campaigns.
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and infographics.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Visual Arts, Digital Media or related field.
• Proven experience in social media / graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
• Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
